Mend My Appliance is operated by Pacific Hornet LLC.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or book a repair, how we use it and the choices you have.

When you request a repair or contact us, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address
• the service address
• details about your appliance, such as its type, brand and model
• the description of the problem and any photos you choose to send
• a keyed hash of your IP address, used only to limit spam and abuse (we do not store the address itself)
• a record of your text-message consent: the wording you saw, its version and when you agreed

We use your information to:

• schedule and perform your repair
• confirm your visit and keep you updated by phone or text message
• prepare estimates and invoices and take payment
• prevent fraud and abuse
• meet legal, tax and insurance obligations

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS Terms

We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this service for us: website hosting and database providers, messaging carriers and, once online payment is offered, the payment processor. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you, honor our warranty and meet legal and tax requirements. Records of text-message consent are kept as proof of your choice. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will where the law allows.

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.

You can also ask us to stop by email or phone; we stop within 10 business days at the latest.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by email or phone.

We protect your information with access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your information and keep it only where we need it.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots. Turnstile processes technical data from your browser under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top of this page.
