Mend My Appliance Service Messages is a text-message program of Mend My Appliance. You join it by ticking the text-message box on our booking form.

We send messages about your repair request:

• appointment confirmations and reminders
• technician arrival updates
• links to estimates, invoices and payments
• replies to messages you send us

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.

QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE work the same way as STOP.

To opt out you can also call us at (971) 247-1950 or tell us in any other way. We stop within 10 business days at the latest. After you opt out we may send one message to confirm, and nothing more.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can book a repair without ticking the box. The program is for US mobile numbers only.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
